Ingredients

1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated reduced-fat biscuit dough (cut into quarter pieces)

 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices (sliced in half or quartered)

 2 tbsp melted light butter

 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 1/2 tsp garlic powder

 1/4 tsp salt

1 cup warm marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1. Prep Equipment: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously spray a bundt pan or tube pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine Dough & Flavorings: In a large mixing bowl, combine the dough quarters, turkey pepperoni, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Toss thoroughly until all pieces of dough are evenly coated.

3. Assemble: Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly around the ring. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and a few extra turkey pepperoni slices.

4. Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until the top is deep golden brown and the dough center is fully cooked through.

5. Serve: Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Place a bowl of warm marinara sauce in the center hole for dipping and serve hot.
