High-Protein Berry Banana Overnight Oats

Prep time: 5 mins | Chill time: 4 hours (or overnight) | Servings: 1

Ingredients

 1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or 1 tbsp chia seeds)

 1 tbsp chia seeds

 1 tsp vanilla extract

Zero-calorie liquid sweetener or stevia, to taste

Toppings: Sliced banana, fresh raspberries, blueberries, and sliced almonds

Instructions

1. Mix Base: In a jar or small bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir thoroughly until no protein powder lumps remain.

2. Chill: Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to expand and thicken.

3. Top & Serve: Give the oats a quick stir in the morning. Top with fresh sliced banana, raspberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of sliced almonds before serving.
